Please submit pending invoices no later than Friday, 10/22

DCYF will be loading additional funds to FY21-22 contracts on Thursday, 10/28. To facilitate the upload process, there can be no open workplans or invoices in the system on the upload date. Program Specialists will approve or deny pending invoices by Wednesday, 10/27. Invoice submissions will proceed on November 1.

1. DCYF Grantee Meeting on Thursday, 8/19 (9:30AM): DCYF has invited DPH to discuss DPH COVID Guidelines and what this means for programs who are providing in-person programming. SELECT THIS LINK TO ACCESS THE MEETING

2. DCYF Youth Experience Survey Submissions: If you issued paper DCYF Youth Experience Surveys to summer participants, please mail them to DCYF no later than 8/31/2021. Refer to the instructions in the FY21-22 DCYF YOUTH EXPERIENCE SURVEY COVERSHEET

Final Deadline to Submit FY20 Post Interim Attendance in CMS: August 31, 2021

Participant attendance spanning from 9/14/2020 - 06/30/2021 was due in CMS on Friday, July 30, 2021. DCYF extended this deadline for grantees to submit remaining attendance no later than August 31, 2021.

Please submit any remaining attendance ASAP. FY20 Post Interim activities and attendance will not be editable following the 8/31 deadline.

FY20-21 Attendance and Invoices Due in CMS by Friday, July 30, 2021:

All invoices and attendance spanning from October 2020 – June 2021 are due in CMS by Friday, 7/30. Please contact your DCYF Program Specialist if you anticipate challenges meeting this deadline.

FY21/22 DCYF Youth Surveys Now in CMS!

DCYF Youth Survey links for participants in grades 6 and up are now located in the Contact & Program Info Workplan tab. DCYF highly encourages electronic surveys, however PDF surveys are available in the 2021-2022 Resources tab for programs that need to issue paper surveys. If you do not see a DCYF Youth Survey link, you're program is not required to issue 21/22 DCYF Youth Surveys. For questions, contact your Program Specialist.

If you are having trouble locating the most recent CMS in the City Newsletters, you can access them in the CMS Resources tab under Communications.

DCYF has issued important announcements, reminders, resources, and guidance through CMS in the City Newsletters. To locate the most recent newsletters, log in and use the Fiscal Year filter to select FY2021-2022, select your program, and locate the Resources tab on the left hand side menu. Newsletters have been uploaded under Communications.

Extended CMS Office Hours: Mondays - Thursdays, AM and PM Office Hours Now Available!

Grantees may schedule a 30-minute meeting with a DCYF Data & Evaluation analyst to address CMS-related questions. Whenever possible, grantees are encouraged to first refer to their DCYF Program Specialist with questions before scheduling a CMS support reservation.
